This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the policies and terms and conditions for the clients (“Clients) of Educated Exit Plan (“Program”) created and facilitated by Jazmyne Dionne Coaching LLC (the “Company”). By signing this Agreement you are acknowledging and confirming that you, the Client will agree with and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement

1. Program Overview
This Agreement governs the policies and terms and conditions for the clients (“Clients”) of Educated Exit Plan (“Program”) created and facilitated by Jazmyne Dionne Coaching LLC (the “Company”). By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and confirm your agreement to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein.
2. Program Timeline
The Program is a career coaching program for 6 months with 10-12 set calls (dependent on what was offered to you) beginning within 30-60 days of the date this agreement was signed. Upon signing the contract, if the Client wishes to defer the start of the program to a later date, only deferred start dates of 30 days maximum from the original agreed-upon start date will be accepted and permitted.
3. Program Deliverables
As soon as purchase is made, the client will receive access to curriculum and whatsapp coaching + link to book VIP onboarding call. (Calls vary depending upon price and package signed in contract)
- 1 - onboarding call
- 10 - bi-weekly 45 minute strategy + mindset coaching calls
- 1 - 45-minute Exit Plan Review
- email, Circle, and WhatsApp support during program duration
4. Program Deadlines
The Client acknowledges and agrees that unless the Program is responsible for any delay which will be rectified and an extension of the Program may be provided, no 1:1 coaching or updates will be provided by the Program past the program end date.
5. Program Fees
All program fees are subject to applicable taxes. Payment plan options are available, and the Client must ensure their account remains in good standing with the third-party payment provider. If the Client is utilizing a payment plan, they are responsible for ensuring that their account remains in good standing for the entire duration directly with third party company. The payment plan is NOT a monthly subscription, and there is no option to cancel or stop payments until the total program fee has been paid. Any payment disputes are with the third party company directly and not with Jazmyne Dionne Coaching LLC. No payment plans are offered directly with JDC LLC therefore no direct disputes.
6. Refund Policy
After the purchase of Elevated Exit is complete, there are no refunds provided. Extensions to the program completion time will not be offered as a result of program holds due to late or missed payments.
7. Content Access
Clients have ongoing access to the Elevated Exit content hub. Access to coaching will cease after the program timeframe is complete.
8. 1:1 Call Cancellation, Reschedule, and No Show Policy
Clients require 2 days' notice to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 coaching session. No shows may result in forfeited sessions.
9. Hours of Operation
Client communication will be responded to within 1-2 business days or sooner during regular business hours. Coaching Hours are from 7am - 7pm and set times are subject to availability.
10. Privacy Policy
Details the collection and usage of personal information.
11. Terms and Conditions Policy
Governs the use of the Company's websites and intellectual property.
12. Confidentiality
Discussions within the Program are to be held in strict confidence.
13. Intellectual Property
Specifies ownership and usage rights of Company's intellectual property.
14. Trademarks
Details the trademarks and trade names of the Company.
15. Warranty and Medical Disclaimer
Disclaimer of warranties regarding the use of the Websites.
16. Limitation of Liability
Limits liability for damages resulting from the use of the Websites.

18. Personal Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their choices, actions, and results.
19. Code of Conduct
Rules for appropriate use of the Company's services.
20. Release of Liability
Release of liability for claims brought against the Company.

Disclaimer of warranties regarding program success or outcomes.
22. Severability
Provision for the invalidity of any part of the Agreement.
23. Governing Law
This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the Laws of Orlando, Florida.
